Additional notes - This is a fun museum to visit in order to learn a little bit more about Montana's history. While they do have a kids' section (Young at Heart Montana), it is more catered to adults.

Suggested age range - Toddlers to pre-teen

Additional notes - This place is a blast! Kids can have no problem playing for more than an hour. There are many hands-on activities that are science based and exciting. At the time of our visit, they even had a couple of live bats! Be sure to check their website for the latest exhibits.

After playing at ExplorationWorks, head across the walkway to Carousel Ice Cream where they serve sweet treats and rides on a full-size carousel!
